They are smart just with the service fees. ### 1/5 — The worst package shipping app from China *2026-07-08* After testing many applications of this kind, I tested SuperBuy. I had to wait 2 months for the delivery of a package, before the carrier did not call me on my number and they finally return my package. After exchanging with the after-sales service, they offer me a discount on my next delivery and finally claim ¥290 to unblock my situation. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM AND CHOOSE ANOTHER APP. **Developer response:** Hi there, we are deeply sorry for the frustrating experience you had with your delivery. We completely understand how upsetting it is to wait 2 months only to have a package returned. We want to clarify that local delivery attempts and phone notifications are handled entirely by the third-party postal/courier services in your country, which Superbuy cannot directly control. When a package is returned to our warehouse due to a failed local delivery, the carrier unfortunately charges a return or redelivery fee. The ¥290 mentioned was likely this actual cost required by the logistics provider to process your parcel, rather than an arbitrary charge from us. We always try our best to support our users, which is why our team offered a discount for your next shipment to help offset the trouble. We are dedicated to making things right for you. ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2026-06-20, version 6.24.0* You have to pay 3 separate fees! My total ended up being 200 bucks for 4 school uniforms that were supposedly $54, then they added on a bunch of other fees. First you have to pay for your item and the shipping from the handler to the china warehouse. Then they make you pay a service fee and a second shipping fee for it to ship from the china warehouse to the American warehouse. Then they will deliver it to your home.
