Unverständlich warum nach jedem Update man sich immer wieder neu einloggen muss. Bitte diese Funktion abschalten oder zumindest eine “Remember me” hinzufügen. Dann liegt die Verantwortung beim user.

Ich benutze die App gern und regelmässig. Nach einem der letzten Updates jedoch startet sie sehr langsam - so langsam, dass ich schon einige male an der Kasse auf das Vorzeigen meines Supercard QR Codes verzichtet habe, weil die App immer noch nicht parat war. Bitte die Anzeige der Supercard priorisieren und sämtliche anderen Funktionen erst danach ausführen!

It is pretty stupid when you are standing in the store and ready to scan you card in the line you suddenly have to upgrade which takes more than 2 mins. 
Most apps have an option to upgrade later. Would be appreciated

There is a single use case for this app for me: scan the coop card so that I can get the self scanning device when I do the shopping 

Your app consistently asks me to re-login in the shop

And guess what : connectivity in Coop shops is bad

Anstatt die App zu nutzen, muss man die ganze Zeit irgendwelche nutzlosen Pop-Ups wegklicken. Sehr nervig.

Why does the app log me out after updating it ? I have not encountered this with other app updates. Trying to log in multiple times but and captcha photos are so annoying

Ich nutze die App gerne und hin und wieder sind gute Coupons dabei. Jedoch kickt die App mich manchmal raus und ich muss mich neu einloggen . Jedoch muss ich bei jedem Login mein Passwort ändern, da die App es nicht erkennt ? Es nervt sehr !

Apparently 43 ratings have been given, but we can’t SEE the reviews on the Apple App Store.  Such a weird lack of transparency.

It took 2 days and 12 attempts to create my account. The bike/car/bus photos are extremely difficult (just part of a bike tire? Hand brake? part of a fender) multiple codes entered correctly and still failed. Even the store manger employee familiar with the app gave up!

Die App ist soweit prima, aber seit geraumer Zeit kann ich in der App keine Bons mehr aktivieren, welche als „Hello Family Club“ markiert sind. Diese müssen online auf der Supercard Seite aktiviert werden.

Was für eine unbrauchbare Müll App. Loggt einen dauernd ungefragt aus. Wenn man dann einloggt muss man 27 Captchas ausfüllen, selbst wenn das Passwort nicht stimmt. Und weshalb braucht es überhaupt 2 verschiedene Apps für die Coop Aktionen und die Supercard?

Judging by the availability of a widget on iOS it would be great if we could get a widget on Apple Watch specially with the new WatchOS. Would be very easy to access the app.

Die Karte funktioniert nicht in allen Coop Märkten. Selbst wenn sie gescannt werden kann geben manche Coop Märkte keine Punkte auf Bestellungen. Das Modell ist so uneinsichtlich aufgebaut damit Coop verschleiern kann, dass die Bons für die meisten waren nicht gelten.

Grauenhafte app. Wieso muss ma sich ständig neu anmelden und dann geht das auch nur online?! Meistens an der Kasse ohne Internet.. Nervig. Dazu ist die App hoffnungslos überfrachtet und umständlich zu bedienen. Katastrophe

Everytime i want to use it to scan my points card, I’ve been logged out again. Logging back in gives password errors, reset email does not arrive. Clever way to prevent clients from getting points. Deals are not really deals. Stamp collection prizes are worthless. Time for Coop to overhaul their customer fidelity programs and make the card easy to access in the app.

Why on earth does one need to reapply sorting every time?? 
Why is your garbage Supercard pay now showing on top and one’s unable to delete it??
I will never ever store my payement details in your app!!

I spent countless hours to switch the language but it doesn’t work .. finally I went to coop help fest and all they offered was it my fault it’s in German as my phone language is English !! I mean really???

For everyone having trouble with the language: At the bottom right go to “Mehr”, then to “Einstellungen”. There you can switch to French or Italian. 

I enjoy the app and the discounts a lot. I especially like being able to have all my cards on there.
