The app doesn’t tell you how many stalls are actually open, though guess that’s the purpose of them on the car dashboard. App doesn’t tell you what amenities might be nearby or exactly where the chargers are if in a parking lot. Thank goodness for people’s comments, though no idea how to write my own, separate comment with replying to someone else’s. Frustrating app. **Developer response:** Hi. I can't see how many stalls are in use. That not public information. Information on open superchargers is correct. Information on planned superchargers and “Opening soon” is incorrect. It updated 2 days ago and no longer works. I was trying to see where the supercharger were and what was best them. The map never loaded the chargers **Developer response:** Oh no! Sorry about that. They are there because the hosting of the database and pictures are not free. I paid $5.99 adds are persistent. They won’t barged. Waste of money for what the app offers. I guess it is a reason why when I downloaded it a while ago, I didn’t use it. I’m planning a off main roads trip and this is not helpful as I cannot calculate distance between points of charging stations or alternatives to Tesla’s. I probably will request my money back out of principal. ### 2/5 — Ok not more *2020-01-23, version 1.2.0* This app has no more than value when you compare it to the original one of Tesla. Too much spam here ### 3/5 — Barely useful. *2022-05-02, version 3.0.9* This app does not tell me what type of plug is installed at the supercharger. There is no filter to find the Type 2 chargers. If you have a Type 2 car the CCS chargers are useless. ### 3/5 — Out of date *2021-09-09* While it has been great having this app to have supercharger data available to me when I am away from my car or desk, the data has fallen out of date, in some cases by more than a year (e.g. Auburn, AL). Hope the app will continue working! ### 5/5 — Love my X *2022-03-12* I read call the negatives, here is a positive. I have had my Tesla X for just over five years, I just turned 78,000 miles on the car yesterday. I have been using this app since day one and have appreciated it immensely along the route. My first trip from Southern California to the Seattle area helped a lot. As Tesla has added charging stations along the 5 freeway, it comes in very handy and definitely leaves the range range anxiety behind. Obviously the navigation system is used for superchargers along the way. If I want to change my route I can look at the phone app way in a distance. Bottom line it’s a darn good back up. Even the Tesla app on my screen has changed over the years which includes adding how many charging spots are available at any particular moment. ### 5/5 — Awesome App! *2018-06-09* I am waiting for Model 3 and looking at supercharger stations and saw this app. I am impress at the app and how smooth and nice this app works.
