Was trying to redeem $50 and I had $80 more coming up and the cancelled my account saying there was a violation. I called Customer Support and they couldn’t tell me the legit violation, just speculation, and that they could not reverse the decision. I am owed over $100 and they can’t give me an actual reason they aren’t giving it to me. Scammers and thieves

Everyone can see the good prices and decent rewards of this platform. But the product is surprisingly janky in 2026: app and web site are surprisingly resource-heavy compared to even Super’s outdated competitors; and finding receipts is difficult (not available in email). Bleh.
