Nothing is more frustrating when you look and half the crew has different times logged on each job or no time at all. No more missed clock-in and outs, pull into the job done. I have to make all my employees download the app. However I love how they can add a picture or note inside the app. Now I don’t have to worry about looking for pictures or going through texts. That is insanity! ### 2/5 — Good idea, terrible interface. *2026-02-20* I started using this app to track my crew’s working hours for payroll, and at first it seemed like the perfect solution. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became frustrating. The interface feels overly complicated, with too many repetitive elements that make it hard to focus on essential tasks. Features like selecting job sites on a map could be useful, but the lack of customization makes them impractical for day-to-day team management. Both managers and crew members may find the system unnecessarily confusing. The pricing structure is also unclear. After the free trial, the app charges per participant, but this isn’t easy to understand once you’re already using it. A major concern is that even after canceling the subscription, adding employees can still trigger automatic charges. If a membership is canceled, accidental additions should not result in billing.
