Let me get in the que and wait at home until my turn. Then I can turn and burn. Why make us wait in your business when I can have an appointment. Doesn’t make sense. The upcoming booking should always be visible when you open the app. Today I had appointment booked at 9:20 but it said book now came up I couldn't find how to easily find my existing reservation, so I thought the book now might take me to other options instead it showed me 9:30 and when I canceled it it also canceled my 9:20. I was at the salon when this happened so it was easy enough to get my haircut, but you really gotta search around through the account settings to find your existing bookings. My main suggestion for developers is to add a visit history section. It would be super helpful to see past check-ins along with the name of the stylist who cut your hair last time. ### 2/5 — Go back to appointments *2026-07-14, version 7.73* I typically don’t have an issue, but lately I select my location and person, the app tells me there are 0 people in line ahead of me then I get there and have to wait for 4 other people and an hour wait. Ive had about 100 points go unregistered because it’s not working. The app doesn’t show you how many I’ve accumulated. It says I’ve been enrolled when I pick my local shop, but doesn’t show me any points. The option to check-in to an “Unlimited Supercut” has disappeared. The only options to choose from now are haircut services that I have to pay for. It says that stylist isn’t available. Choose another thing to be done. The poor people that my local location must suffer, not having the app work, correctly. I received an email from them telling that a portion of the points would expire 3 months from the date. I was looking at making an appointment, only to discover a couple weeks after I got the email, that they deleted most of my points 2 months ahead of what it said on the email. There is no way to contact Supercuts directly, you have to use their prompts in hopes that they get back to you. I have tired several times but got nothing back after a week. They also deleted my review here last week saying this exact thing. I still have not heard back from them, I still lost my points and have not got them back in my account. I have proof that I had a certain amount on a specific date and how I no longer have it. My salon also never lets you pick a stylist just next available. There is only one I really want to cut my hair. And one that I absolutely will never let them cut my hair again. Yesterday, I checked in the be to first cut of the day, drove down, and waited. I waited 30 minutes for an employee to open the branch. None did. Checked in online again and came back 30 and 60 minutes later. Never got my haircut. Next day, thought I’d try again. Checked in with a ten minute wait. Drove down again. Manager acted surprised when I asked why they were closed previously day despite it allowing me to check in; no idea your own store was closed when it’s saying it’s open online. The 10 minute wait I was told about became 60 minutes. The online app said the wait was based on two stylists, but two stylists were not on schedule, so your app is just giving bad information. I can no longer trust app. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Supercuts after this. ### 1/5 — Worst haircut ever *2025-11-13, version 7.65* When you walk in the place, all they do is take a few basic skills and then they try to sell you their products that’s which are very overpriced. They make up for the money they lost in the price and then this one lady with dark dark long hair, decides to cut my hair like a military style haircut I’ve never got one good haircut from this place whatsoever not one and I’m a guy. I’m pretty easy to. When it comes right down to it I’m very picky when it comes to my hair I would not suggest this place for anyone what you’re going to go in there and pick up one of the overpriced products which you can find online for much cheap and all they did was ask me if my hair color was the original hair color. What a stupid question to ask. They operate under a “Walk-in” priority system. I had a job interview and set an appt for 9:45a. Showed up at 9:25a, saw a customer getting a cut so I went and got a coffee. Came back at 9:40a, sat down and spoke to another customer waiting. I asked if he had an appt and he said, “Nope.” At 9:43a the stylist sat him & began his cut. I had to leave. When I asked the stylist what the purpose of appts. was, she said, “They’re not Appointments. They’re reservations.” So if you make an appt. with SUPERCUTS, it means nothing. I moved a few years a go and I am about an hour away but it’s worth the drive. I honestly wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere else or having anyone else touch these locks. Not only is she super sweet, she never seems to mind when I bring pics and want to change it up. She seems to actually enjoy trying new styles/cuts. She also helps me style it/blow dry etc to really capture the look!! I have also traveled across the United States and used Supercuts in many different locations including prince Edward Island. They all have been five stars and I walk out looking like I just got a $200 haircut. I would never go anywhere else. When I started going to Supercuts I was not able to afford my expensive hair styling any longer due to the financial situation in 2008. Now I’m making way more money and could afford a $200 hair cut but I continue to go to Supercuts. They just do an exceptional job. I have a long blonde hair and it looks fantastic every time.
