They do this thing where they pretend to send you a code via email to verify your identity before withdrawing and that code NEVER arrives so ur stuck basically. Now I cant get my money out and their customer service is of zero help too lol. Stay far away from this app, it’s absolutely garbage. Keeps saying error when I try to take money out even though all the information is correct. ### 1/5 — One of the worst DFS apps *2024-09-30* The 100% deposit match has you use your cash before you can use your bonus funds even after you play through it all. Then there is rollover on top of the bonus funds too. Entries will be marked as complete but take hours for the money to actually show in your balance. Slowest withdrawal times in the industry. Poor customer service (email based).
