Having a problem where after I watch an ad, the game freezes and I do not get the award. But, how do you get lumber? I cut down trees but I get nothing. Orders call for it all the time but I can’t find it. Could be better. **Developer response:** To get logs, you need to plant Spruce and wait for it to grow. Use the ax to cut down the Spruce and you will get logs. Постараемся вам помочь! ### 3/5 — Super Farmers *2022-02-21* Was very happy with this….for about the first hour or so. At first things went well, then they slowed and slowed then became stalled. Hours for building to complete, which I have never understood. Once you have paid for it why can it not be available? Why hours for products to complete? One and a half hours for PANCAKES? Seriously people? Orders waiting for items that you can’t produce yet because you must progress more levels, so game play, thus enjoyment of game (and willingness to spend money on it) decline. You wait on parts to expand the barn, but that is impossible because you can only fill the boat when you, again, advance levels, (or love it enough to spend money on it) And yes, I know, you deserve to be paid…. This is after all your creation (your intellectual property?) but this came off to me as greed….money here money there so early in the game. So, your players go play some different game…or look for another one to play and hopefully to love and hope it’s not like this one and all the others. And one that you don’t have to spend money on before you realize it’s not really fun at all, like I just did. But, it does have potential with some changes. ### 4/5 — Всё чудесно, но зависает ярмарка *2021-10-10* С недавнего времени, при входе в игру, открывается предложение зайти на ярмарку, причём без вариантов отклонения этого предложения. А при попадании на ярмарку не работает ничего. Идёт только отсчёт времени. И в течении этого времени окно зависает и не кликабельно. При попытке перезайти в игру, всё то же самое. А время, на минуточку, то 7 часов, то 9… По истечении времени всё восстанавливается и можно играть дальше. Pas assez de cadeaux offerts. Le design est sympa, cependant. Il faut résister aux achats de pièces et de diamants, car ce jeu revient fort cher. TO DEVELOPER 05/08/23: Thanks for your response. Please consider allowing us to move things like the hero lair. Then I can easily undo the damage. You moved the underground hero lair and removed the building I had built there. Sorry, I am not prepared to buy it again or redo my farm layout. I was really enjoying the game and your thoughtless update put an end to that. Haven’t played it since. Allow us to move ALL buildings and I could fix this trivially. When I contacted customer service, initially they were good. But then after trying a few things, somehow my ore collection turned into over NEGATIVE 2 billion (yes, BILLION) ore. This means I am unable to collect ore or cut trees down. When I contacted customer service again, they have not responded at all.
