A lot of great features that help you understand how good your investments are; such as return on investment, $ amount of dividend received and your return for each respective financial year. On top of that they sponsor the Hawks. Feedback: In the diversification of your portfolio section if you are invested in ETFs it merely says “ETF”. It would be good if they could some how dissect what industries you are exposed to within the ETFs and have that represented in the portfolio diversification chart. Hope this makes sense. Thanks Superhero for this app!! Also slightly disappointed they are moving on from qantas points deal. Flat with that. ### 4/5 — App review *2026-05-06* I really like the simplicity and ease of use with this App. My only complaint is the functionality that isn’t available when trading US shares. I have a significant amount of US shares making it a little bit difficult. For instance there is no stop loss news or news icon available on US shares. No pre-or post market information on Aus or US so I have to use a second party app for this. It’s handy to know if shares are opening up or down pre market. Also not the cheapest for currency exchange. If we had these things It would be five stars from me. It happens a lot lately. ### 4/5 — Things to add *2025-12-21* I love your app, noticed a few things, more integration with more complex tasks like options or puts, one thing is the autopilot app - contact them and ask for api integration, more advanced graphs and charts so maybe a advanced mode and a basic mode, actual trading graphs with opens & closes and TPs and stop loss. overall app is good especially for beginners but i think there’s a good amount of headroom to expand on. ### 4/5 — Developer REST API *2025-10-03, version 4.30.0* I love the app, it’s great. As a developer myself, I think that an API for accessing share data for an additional monthly fee should be considered, potentially with a rate-limited free tier. Think Stripe but for AUS stock markets. ### 4/5 — Great investment app *2025-10-03* I like this app and I think it serves its purpose completely well. In saying that, I do have a couple points in terms of user interface that hopefully are easy to implement and should make the user experience much better. When viewing your own balance, it would be great to be able to select a time frame greater than 1Y. Like with the stocks, a 5Y option would be good. But even regarding the stocks, I would like to be able to see a “MAX” timeframe for stocks that have been around longer than 5 years. Another tweak along the same line would be to have a “zoomable”/interactive stock price window where you can pinch and scroll to view price data for tighter/broader periods at any point of the stocks life. Overall, these are the main criticisms I have, and they are not very critical to the actual function of the app, which I am happy with. ### 3/5 — Great for share trading horrible for FX *2025-07-27, version 4.25.0* This is a super helpful share trading platform , the easiest Ive come across , and is great for reporting. What lets it down is a couple of things the fx fees are high and tied to kinda gimmicky Qantas points. Why not simply give a better fx rate , or better still partner with allowing integrations with wise , or Airwallex to allow multiple currency withdrawals. Conversion back to AUD from USD to withdraw is a buzz kill. ### 3/5 — Absolutely a basic app *2025-06-03, version 4.22.1* When you increase font size you cannot see the percentage gain or loss. Doesn’t support dark mode which makes it annoying in the night. On the other hand quick money transfer and minimal ui and relatively lower fees for asx trades are the pros. ### 1/5 — Can’t get my cash out *2025-04-21* As with any financial app I start by making sure I can get my money in and out of the app. Unfortunately, with Superhero it won’t activate the Withdrawal Tab despite my deposits from the same bank using two different methods. I have raised the matter twice through the chat bot and got to chat with a human who said they would escalate the problem. I have been waiting for two weeks for contact and have no phone number to call them or any other way to speak to them. They have my money and I can’t get it out. Horrible app, horrible customer service. I tried to set up a super account on the app but whenever I clicked Superhero Super and accepted the T&C, it always pops back to the main page, tried on computer, other kind of problems related to the interface prevented me too. I tried to reach out to customer service chat and the guy named Seng was an absolute low IQ and unprofessional individual, after I described the problem in details, he just gave me one sentence answers and took him forever to write back and this guy is extremely unhelpful, nothing got resolved, just waste of time. It’s time I seriously reconsider this product for my investments. ### 1/5 — No call centre. Beaurocratic to deal with *2025-05-13* If something goes wrong you cannot call superhero. If you are owning small caps with take over bids ensuing. To take up the takeover bid thru superhero there is a risk of your paperwork being unprocessed this happened to me and it took months to sort out, i received partial compensation for lost money but ended up days of valuable time fighting for a solution. The share trades are cheap for a reason. Pay an extra few dollars per trade and dont risk being left in a communication void.
