This process forces the Authenticator app to sign in whilst already signed in preventing any progression. Need to force restart the Authenticator app in order to pick the correct number which breaks the Superhuman app’s Microsoft account sign in process. Please fix, don’t ask me what’s going on just sign into a Microsoft account with an iOS version of the Superhuman app with the Microsoft Authenticator app already installed and signed in. ### 5/5 — Amazing and huge time saver *2025-12-03, version 4.50.0* Will be even better when it starts auto drafting emails. For now, it works great. I haven’t gotten anything from you about setup. I prepaid for three months under the belief that I was paying for Superhuman Mail. After payment was made, I was then told by the support representative Ksenia that I had prepaid for a service that does not include Mail, which was extremely confusing and not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, Ksenia repeatedly stated that I had two subscriptions and insisted that I needed to add a payment method, despite my explaining multiple times that payment had already been made for three months. She explicitly stated that I “currently have two subscriptions,” which was incorrect and contradicted my actual account status. At no point did I authorize a second subscription, additional charges, or changes to my account. The lack of clear explanation around what was prepaid, combined with repeated pressure to add payment details, raised serious concerns around billing transparency, consent, and account handling. What should have been a simple clarification required repeated corrections on my part just to prevent unauthorized changes. This experience significantly undermined my trust in Superhuman’s billing and support processes.
