My only issue is the recent change to the GIF browser. [[CUSTOM CUTOUT]] is, nowadays, a huge deal for both commercial and entertaining videos with its flexible feature of using AI to detect object edges, and will likely boom the popularity and appeal to the app furthermore. Maybe it will even set the prompting for other DaVinci grade effects like [Depth Map]! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 ▪️Another good one to add is [[CUSTOM VECTORS]]. This will prompt people who want to make animation-like videos. So totally surprised that when I used it today, there was a watermark in my image. That didn’t used to be the case. I’ve been using this app for years. It’s replaced Adobe Premiere Pro for me. So easy to use and has absolutely everything I need. A ‘slip tool’ would be great. Something that allows you to select where a certain clip plays from without having to cut or trim it. ### 5/5 — Excellent Video Editing app *2025-11-29, version 3.3.1* I’ve been a HUGE fan of SuperimposeX for about 5 years, and was excited to see Pankaj come out with a powerful Video Editor. The first thing I urge you to do is review the dozen video tutorials that are available one you tap the small green hot air balloon icon on the top left. You realize it has many unique features (Flame text, anyone!!!) and is extremely powerful too! I love that it can automask people not only in your videos but even in stickers from Giphy. It is so convenient to have integration with Pixabay for sound effects and royalty free music! It reads SuperimposeX mask libraries, and the interface is very intuitive if you’ve used other video editors like Videoleap. The “person” mask extraction has always been your best feature. Superimpose V takes this to the next level. The masking and tracking of the “person mask” is incredible. No need for a green screen. However, is there a way to remove unwanted artifacts from this layer, or anyway to add and subtract pixels? Basically clean up the edges. ? STG. 💯 ### 4/5 — Amazing! with a few rough edges *2025-10-11, version 3.2.2* This us the best multi track editor that exists for iPhone. It supports effectively unlimited tracks. I’ve done videos with well over 40 tracks and it worked great. Additionally, it has a wide variety of capacities like auto face masking, green screening, a huge library of effects, transitions and more. This is a very powerful video editor that suits much closer to the truly pro end of the spectrum than any other I have found for iPhone. Which makes it even more impressive that the interface is extremely intuitive and very well thought out. The only downside is that this app feels frozen in time. I have contacted support multiple times about bugs or features I wanted added and have never once heard back. So if something isn’t working right you will need to figure out a workaround yourself. Fortunately, with rare exception the things I found that didn’t always work properly tended to be the more advanced features. The exceptions includes the project export (also used for sending project to support). There is an issue where once your project gets large enough (in size) it stops exporting everything and just randomly loses clips. Similarly, on very large projects it will hang up opening the project and can require multiple force closes and retries to successfully open the project. How do they get away with this? Why can’t the people who purchased the apps use the app or be grandfathered in? It’s such a sleazy business practice to do to people. The app was fantastic. That’s why I got it. Now they want a subscription fee for me to do anything.
