I appreciate the ability to see pending changes in my checking account too. ### 4/5 — SCU app *2026-08-12* The app is easy to use and allows me to move money easily. The only issue is now it seems to have a glitch when trying to go back to the home page with account balances, the screen seems to jump. Wasn’t able to make it into the bank due to working hours and can’t deposit when I need to on the app (and why is the limit only $250 for mobile deposit?!?) . Waste of my time. Have had several issues with login with the app being down/not recognizing login info as well ### 1/5 — Bugs *2025-11-14* The app has had several issues in my time having it and the latest is the complete inability to use the mobile deposit feature. Use FaceID, says no internet connection. Can connect to anything else. Safari, App Store, messages, I run a speed test and run 1 MBPS up and down. Internet is not an issue. I cut the WiFi off and sometimes using cellular I can log in with FaceID. Can’t login using username and password. Not sure how I am expected to use their app if it reads that I am perpetually not connected to the internet. ### 1/5 — Updated App Needs Improvement *2024-07-03* No face ID which is very disappointing. If it's there, it's impossible to find. Way too much information in the transaction field. I miss the old simple view. Balancing your checking account takes 3x as long. Not sure why they changed everything. I've given it a few weeks and I just can't get used to it. Website is just as bad, the old system was so much easier to navigate and hassle free.Forget about calling customer service if you have issues with website or mobile app, you’ll be on hold for 30+ minutes and caller number 20+. As an online banker it is frustrating when I can’t log on due to server error, etc. It took about 2 weeks after submitting requests for assistance when I was told the Facial Recognition feature does not work! What? Why does it show as an option if it doesn’t work? Whoever developed this should have to use it for online banking daily for 30 days! This app makes banking easy and seamless to use 24 hours a day. This app has made things so much easier from transferring money from one account to another, checking my balances, getting my electronic bank statements, and so much more. When you work the same hours the bank is open, the app comes in handy. Most of the questions I have can be answered on the app rather than taking time to make a phone call. This app is easy to use and I love the Face ID feature especially for people that can’t remember all of their passwords. I can quickly check my balances, monitor transactions, transfer money, and stay on top of my finances without having to visit a branch. I also appreciate the customer service I’ve received from Superior Credit Union. It’s always a plus banking somewhere that makes you feel valued as a member instead of just another account number. Let me tell you something! Good customer service and convenient banking go a long way, and Superior Credit Union has provided both for me. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable credit union and an easy-to-use banking experience. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2026-08-13* The app is very easy to navigate, I like that I can view my credit score on it too! That’s a really nice edition. This is the best bank I’ve banked through, no extra bs these other banks put you through. If there is a fraud charge they don’t even let it go through without contacting you and seeing if you authorized the charge! The security at this bank is unmatched.
