They make you download a new app every 6 months and they be been trying to change my phone number in my account to my new one for months because I guess they’re inept at their jobs or something and don’t know how to help me. Transfer you a million times and oops it’s 4:30 now I can’t help you. Go to a different bank ### 1/5 — So bad… *2026-01-02* App is basically useless because you can’t log into it. Face ID doesn’t work, can’t use your passwords app, can’t copy and paste the password. And so finally you have to manually type it all in just for it to tell you it’s the wrong password.
