So if I can’t get in… it’s useless to me. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2023-01-14* No reason to bother downloading the app. Doesn’t give you search parameters beyond laser or pediatric. LensCrafters told us their coupons save more money than the discount. Online works better, don’t listen to any 5 star review someone clearly paid them to post it. Most of us PAY for this insurance and they make it hard to use on purpose to make more money. When are you all going to fix this? What exactly is the issue?! Thanks! ### 3/5 — Simple app *2020-10-26* Pros: this app is simple to use, info and benefits are easily accessed (once you are logged in). Cons: there is no AppleWallet compatibility. It is a pain having to log in each time to provide proof of insurance. It needs to update so you can login with finger print or face recognition. **Developer response:** Hello! Thank you for your note. We hope to implement biometric login in a future update. ### 2/5 — Lacks significant functionality *2023-01-06* While the application “works,” the amount of things that one can actually do with it is rather limited. For example, there is neither Wallet support for the ID card nor a Touch ID login option. There is a provider search, but it is not user friendly.
