Имел неосторожность купить билеты через супер кассу перед началом войны в Иране. Рейс отменили, авиаперевозчик вернул деньги в супер кассу за пять дней, но Superkassa в течение месяца деньги не возвращала, на запросы отвечал только робот, только после разговоров о передаче дело в суд деньги выплатили но с огромными вычетами. Никогда не пользуйтесь данной компанией!

Самый отвратительный сервис, хотя слово «сервис» им не известно!

Отвечают по несколько дней, комиссию снимают максимальную! При обращении по вопросу обмена, сначала предложили вариант штрафа в сумме 100% от стоимости самих билетов, а после, когда мы нашли время перелета, где цена меньше, сняли 50%

Так же оказались в сложной ситуации касаемо вылета, написали им 28 февраля, на текущий момент уже 10 марта, но они даже и не думают отвечать! 
Поддержка нулевая! 
Больше никогда не купим билеты через этот сервис и вам не советуем, так как если что-то пойдет не так, то они запросят максимальный штраф, если, конечно, вообще ответят))

Была куплена платная услуга персонального обслуживания. Написано, что с ней отвечают в течении 3х часов. Отвечают также медленно как и раньше 1 раз в сутки…никому не советую данный агрегатор !
