### 3/5 — Nice But No Calendar

*2026-05-22, version 1.55.0*

It’s a nice , appealing but would be a 5 star f they had he ability to snooze reminders & had a bedded calendar. Not sure why this hasn’t been created. I would of purchased this app along time ago 😞

### 2/5 — It’s good but

*2026-05-12*

Needs a lot of formatting polish. There are no keyboard shortcuts to change format. This is a notes and planning tool. Ability to edit fast should be fast. I can’t pay so much for the lack basic editing table-stakes features. Examples: If I have numbered list, I can’t select all items on the list and change to bullets. You can’t be real. It’s infuriating when I am in the middle of taking notes and have to think about this tool deficiencies. Even more so when you built AI faster than these basic features.

### 2/5 — Missing Critical and Simple Features

*2026-02-24, version 1.49.1*

How can you not edit and delete tags in 2026 on a task app???
Sync is hit or miss and the devs are clearly focusing on team and useless features and not giving the basics to users. I keep hoping they will change course but have now given up after several years. Bye bye.

### 3/5 — À améliorer

*2026-02-14*

L’app est interessante mais il lui manque beaucoup de choses pour pouvoir remplacer TickTick : la matrice d’Eisenhower, les habitudes, les comptes à rebours, la vue calendrier, etc…

### 2/5 — Not loving it

*2026-01-30, version 1.47.2*

This app feels rather different from Wunderlist. I’m not sure how best to use it, and the information provided does not help. There does not appear to be much ability to create custom views. Navigation feels awkward. The integrations touted are of little interest to me. Compared with other apps, the cost seems out of line. Overall I feel it’s a mediocre choice.

### 3/5 — Gros potentiel

*2026-01-02*

### 3/5 — Love the idea but missing critical features

*2025-12-10, version 1.46.0*

I absolutely love the idea of this app and was so disappointed when i found that out landed some of the critical features that the major players offer like quick add on desktop (not very easy), ability to create projects from tasks, projects / lists with due dates, searching and filtering by labels, sublabels. I wish it had these things and I would switch from Things.

### 2/5 — Lovely app but too expensive to go pro

*2025-07-25, version 1.36.3*

At the start there were some decent options but as the app has matured there have been several features placed behind the paywall which ultimately is fine but the pro version is just so so very expensive! I have paid under educational tier for a years subscription for another app for the same price as super for one month or even 3 times less at the pro entry level tier.. I’d super list.

Please restructure your pricing, the polish is nice don’t get me wrong but your feature set doesn’t quite justify that high a price.

### 5/5 — Almost all-in-one

*2025-07-20, version 1.36.0*

Superlist is powerful and very well made. Love the ability to create tasks straight from taking notes, no need to swap apps or screens. A calendar view would be welcome, but it’s not a dealbreaker for now. AI that transforms email into task needs a bit of a tweak, but nothing crucial.

### 4/5 — Great App just one small issue

*2025-07-15*

I love how fresh intuitive and beautiful app is just small issue that completed sub tasks show under “ no list “ even if the parent task is under a list.. hope it gets fixed soon

### 5/5 — Versatile and effective

*2025-07-11, version 1.35.1*

I have been an early adopter transitioning from logseq has my personal OS. This software is amazing for capturing, reviewing and flexible to experiment different execution techniques. If you a proactive its worth giving a shot

### 4/5 — No longer syncing

*2025-07-09, version 1.35.0*

I really loved this app for a while so I'm not giving up on it, but this week the content I've added in the browser on PC has not been syncing with the app. It's very frustrating.

### 5/5 — Amazing and quickly becoming even better!

*2025-07-09*

I downloaded this app at the start of 2025 and it was immediately great - though It had a few flaws as was to be expected from a startup.

Over the last 3 months or so it has become absolutely amazing!!

It is now a key part of my daily routine and is super easy to use on all my devices and the new features that are being added (seemingly monthly) are incredibly helpful in managing my life and businesses. A++

### 2/5 — More issues than potential right now.

*2025-06-19*

There are some great features here, but quite a few large bugs to go with them and quite a few suboptimal decisions around the features that work. For instance, I have 5 apps on my Mac that record system audio for transcription. Superlist is the only one that has consistent issues of crashing and just not working. Every other app works flawlessly with the exact same permissions. Then, on mobile, you’ll be excited to know that you can dictate tasks into Superlist. However, you must have the screen on. You just have Superlist in front, and you cannot click away least the dictation be fully lost. It’s a very poor implementation of a good feature idea.

**Developer response:** The sync issues should be addressed with the last updated. Can you check it again please?

### 2/5 — Over a year later, still no tag management. Now plans too expensive for someone who just wants tasks

*2025-06-10*

Over a year after it was first brought up in the beta, we still can’t delete tags that we have created. They keep adding features and raising the price of the plan unfortunately to the point where I can't use it anymore. I need sub lists but I'm not willing to pay $20 a month just for that feature. I don't need to use meeting or ai features with it. Very upsetting.

### 4/5 — “Offline” issues

*2025-05-31*

Works great, but over the last week or so it’s been really slow updating my lists or not showing them. I’ve also encountered an “offline” icon on the lower left part of the screen when i know i’m not having connectivity issues because all other apps work. I think something broke in one of the latest updates, but I have faith that this team will work to fix the issue.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t login with any account

*2025-11-21, version 1.43.3*

The whole app doesn’t working

### 1/5 — Unwanted sections

*2025-09-27, version 1.38.0*

Can't even hide unwanted sections. And why meetings is on by default is beyond me, but it's ridiculous considering you can't get rid of it.

### 1/5 — Unusable. Worst Share Extension Around.

*2025-07-04, version 1.35.0*

Share a website, you get a link for a task title (often huge) and multiple taps to clean it up next. Nightmare.

I'd call it Super Time Waster.

### 1/5 — Over a year later, still no tag management, new plan pricing is ABSURD

*2025-06-18*

Over a year after it was first brought up in the beta, we still can’t delete tags that we have created. They keep adding features and raising the price of the plan unfortunately to the point where I can't use it anymore. I need sub lists but I'm not willing to pay $20 a month just for that feature. I don't need to use meeting or ai features with it. Very upsetting. You have outrageous pricing compared to the competition and your limits are atrocious. 15 chat messages a day for $20 a month is ridiculous, please for the love of god rethink your pricing structure.

### 1/5 — Riddled with bugs

*2025-05-13, version 1.31.0*

This app has potential but its bugs make it unusable. It fails to sync changes so you will lose notes and todo items regularly. It breaks in new and unpredictable ways. I have personally submitted at least 20 bugs and most have never resolved.

### 1/5 — Sync deleted so many of my todos

*2025-04-22, version 1.29.0*

This app cost me time and money

### 1/5 — Riddled with bugs

*2025-03-29, version 1.28.0*

This app has potential but its bugs make it unusable. It fails to sync changes so you will lose notes and todo items regularly. It breaks in new and unpredictable ways. I have personally submitted at least 20 bugs and most have never resolved.

### 1/5 — No free trial

*2025-03-17, version 1.27.0*

Absolutely no chance I’m paying £100/£10 for premium before trying it. If you truly had confidence in your product then you’d be happy to provide a trial knowing people will want to continue. 👋

### 1/5 — Not Opening

*2025-03-16*

Unable to Open App

**Developer response:** Can you send us a message on help.superlist.com? We will look into the issue.

### 1/5 — Riddled with bugs

*2025-02-12, version 1.24.1*

This app has potential but its bugs make it unusable. It fails to sync changes so you will lose notes and todo items regularly. It breaks in new and unpredictable ways. I have personally submitted at least 20 bugs and most have never resolved.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very interesting

*2026-06-24, version 1.55.6*

Putting tasks and notes into the same app is a difficult task. Few of them delivers, but SuperList does it well. It’s easy, simple, convenient and ready to go. No tedious configurations are needed to get it running. Very interesting features. The UI is perfect.

### 5/5 — Stunning

*2026-04-23, version 1.53.1*

I have seemingly tried every app in existence before somehow stumbling onto SuperList. Within 5 minutes I knew I had found a forever home.

I currently balance myself between Apple reminders, UpNote, Microsoft Word and sticky notes. That’s just to balance home/personal tasks. Add into it project planning for photography, scheduling future work and critiquing and we are in a world of pain.

This is a stunning app. I love the sub lists (and the sub-sub-lists). Switching between tasks, paragraphs and whatever else I have not discovered yet, all in one neat package!

Amazing. Get it. Don’t even think twice. Install. Love.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-04-09*

Entre Things (merveilleux mais inadapté à la gestion de projets) et Omnifocus (bien, mais trop lourd), cette app semble venir combler un vide majeur.

**Developer response:** Merci beaucoup! ❤️

### 5/5 — Building superintendent

*2026-04-01, version 1.52.1*

By far, this is the best to do list task managing app. Keep up the hard work make it flawless. I’ll keep on paying this long as you keep obtaining it with better creatures. The meeting feature is not working yet. I’m not sure why that’s the only thing I need help with thank you

### 5/5 — Simple and minimal

*2026-03-09*

Very minimalistic notes taking app Not as confusing as notion( for me )

**Developer response:** Thank you ❤️

### 5/5 — Little difficult to use

*2026-02-18*

Should be clear and easy to understand the home screen. It’s quite difficult and tough to understand

### 5/5 — Thanks for responding

*2026-01-21, version 1.47.2*

It’s a great app I really love it 💗

### 5/5 — happy trial user

*2025-12-29, version 1.46.1*

its great

### 5/5 — The best note and task app

*2025-12-24, version 1.46.1*

I’ve used sooo many note and task management apps and this is the one I’ve always been looking for. Absolutely amazing, super simple, lots of customization options, but again, simplified experience but also has AI to help keep me dialed in on what needs to be done

### 5/5 — Surprisingly productive and delightful

*2025-08-29, version 1.38.0*

I have tried a ton of to-dos and notes apps and, despite not being the most feature rich, its the one that has worked the best. There's power in simple but flexible system. It's the equivalent of having a pen and paper, with a dedicated space to sort out your task accross your notes. When comes the time to complete a task: open it, braindump the process. Need to break it down even more, just make a new task inside that task, and open it up. The seamless fusion of notes and task is its greatest strength. I took the subscription for slack and google calendar integration, for time blocking and calendar view. Theres no other app that beats that flexibility, and I feel like I've never been as productive. It's been a figma like ux experience for me: a small flexible toolkit that gives you a lot of power.

One thing I would love them to improve? The labels. Theres not much to organize but there's a ultra flexible potential with labels that feels still untapped. A dedicated section where you could assign emoji, colours, group them (prio, effort, complexity), and set the order of them, so they always appear in the same order on your task would make the tool even better. The next logical step after would be smart lists. Simple lists with saved filters and no notes. Keep it going!
