I purchased Panna Cotta mix from them and the directions were in Italian. They graciously translated them for me. This is a place you would want to do business with. I decided to check it out and I found things that I had forgotten they existed, they have such a wide variety of products that left me speechless when I saw what they had. I called for some information about some products and their customer service was super friendly and professional. Seems like I have gotten that message for too long. How long does it take? I did send an email, telling what I received and that there was coffee packages with air inside and the coffee was bad. I tried to use that coffee because the coffee is expensive but, the taste was orribile, I had to trash it. To make short i never received an answer from Supermarket Italy costumer service. That is very bad! I’m a costumer from many years that buy a lot few times in year. I’m sure you’re losing a lot of sales. So much easier to be able to shop via a browser, but you’ve taken that ability away. I ordered Italian groceries during Covid and have since ordered a couple of times. Always pleased with the turnaround of my order. The quality of the ingredients in groceries that I’ve received and how well everything’s packaged. All of the brands I’ve used over and over again and I went to culinary school so I can vouch for the quality. I absolutely love this market and will only shop for my European groceries through them. They also offer German products and I think I saw French products too, although I’ve only ordered Italian products from them so far. Their fulfillment is relatively quick, especially if you’re looking for something in particular that your local grocery store just doesn’t have. Shop confidently.
