No puedo buscar por algo tan sencillo como “espinaca fresca”, a pesar que así sale en el “shopper”. Además, la app no tiene auto-fill para entrar la dirección y no permite escanear con foto la tarjeta de crédito.

Soy cuidadora de envejeciente lo que me limita las salidas. Supermax Los Filtros se ha convertido en mi aliado. Todas mis órdenes han salido sin errores y a tiempo. El servicio de sus empleados es cordial y siempre buscan opciones para resolver cualquier situación; sea sustitución de mercancía o que yo no pueda llegar a tiempo. Les agradezco mucho el servicio que están ofreciendo.

Confusing app combined with absent inventory tracking feature makes for an unreliable and agonizing app experience. Products are often not available but the app won’t tell you. You have to wait for the company to call you for substitutions just before delivery. One star for effort

The app stability has improved a lot.  Now I have another problem.  You can make lists of products you purchase frequently.  I have this list, however, not all the products I’ve added to the list appear.  This means that when I make a purchase, some items will be left out because I didn’t see them in the list and forgot about them.  The purpose of making lists is to help remember, but this list never appears complete! More improvements needed here!

I have been using and giving the opportunity to this app since it made its debut with the hope it would improve. MY BAD!!! Only around the 60% of the announced items are available for delivery. And you learn this too late to cancel the whole order because anyway you have to visit the supermarket. This is an easy fix (ask Amazon how they manage their inventory in real time), if they want to assist the customers, but they are for the profit, getting rid of non demanded items providing them as substitutes in the last minute.

It stoped working.  Asking to login when I have it to login automatically.  Login not working the button is not turning on after you enter credentials.  Tried to create a new account it recognizes my email and don’t let me.  I uninstalled and installed again don’t let me login and don’t let me buy as guest.

La aplicación funciona bien hasta que seleccionas “entrega” y tienes que añadir la dirección. La escribes por completo y cuando le das guardar, no lo guarda. En fin, no puedes hacer compras en lo absoluto.

I got my first delivery today, and I cannot believe that for $5 extra, I get to avoid trying to park, fighting crowds, and lugging bags of heavy groceries from my car to my residence. Supermax does this all for me now, and the delivery person was prompt, polite, and bilingual. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Supermax!!!!
