## What is SuperMe?

Stop snoozing. Start winning.

SuperMe is the habit tracker that talks to you, cheers for you, and gets someone who loves you to reward you. Build routines with personal voice reminders, earn points for every win, and turn self-improvement into a game you actually want to play.

REMINDERS IN A VOICE THAT MOTIVATES YOU
• Record your own message, or one from your partner, parent or kids
• Or let natural AI voices read your reminder: "Time for your 20-minute workout!"
• Choose from many built-in speakers, preview them instantly, or design and clone a voice
• Remind yourself exactly what to do, in your own words
• Your voice plays even when the app is closed

RINGS LIKE A REAL ALARM
On iOS 26 and later, reminders ring full screen like the Clock app, even when SuperMe is closed or your iPhone is locked or on silent. Tap Done right on the alarm, the notification or your Apple Watch to log the habit.

SHOUT TO DISMISS
Hands full? Mid-workout? Just shout. While the app is open, SuperMe listens between rings and stops the alarm when it hears you. No fumbling for your phone.

GAMIFIED HABIT TRACKING
• Earn gold and points for every habit you complete
• Set daily, weekly and monthly goals with a reward for each
• Confetti-filled celebrations every time you finish a habit
• Timeline and achievement history to see how far you've come

GET REWARDED BY SOMEONE WHO CARES
Willpower fades. Accountability doesn't.
• Choose a reward giver: your wife, husband, parent, coach or friend
• Agree on the stakes up front: money, a gift, a treat
• Finish your habit, snap a photo or video, and share your proof in one tap
• Ready-made messages for every mood, from sweet to cheeky to formal
• Send it through the messaging apps you already use

YOUR AI HABIT COACH
Chat with a built-in AI coach about building, keeping or breaking habits. Give it a name, a photo and a personality, from supportive coach to tough drill sergeant. Let alarms greet you with a fresh AI pep talk, prepared in advance so it plays instantly. The Prompt Builder helps you write the perfect pep-talk instruction in a few taps.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING & SMART REMINDERS
• Track anything: water, workouts, reading, meditation, sleep, "no fast food" and more
• 24 ready-made habits to start in seconds, or create your own
• Daily, weekly, monthly or one-time schedules
• Early reminders 5 to 60 minutes before, so nothing sneaks up on you
• Log a habit several times a day when once isn't enough

HOME SCREEN WIDGET
See today's habits and tick them off right from your Home Screen.

BACK UP & RESTORE
Export your habits, history, goals and voice recordings to a single file you control. Restore on a new phone in seconds, or share your routine with a friend.

MADE FOR EVERYONE
Available in English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish, with full Dark Mode support.

Perfect for building lasting routines, losing weight, exercising, drinking more water, reading daily, meditating, and improving self-discipline and productivity.

Stop wishing for consistency. Build it with SuperMe.
