In the last 3 months, every time I click to add a picture the app closes and sends me to my Home Screen. No updates so it isn’t that. Can you help? In the past I manually transcribed my notes but now I’m using a transcription platform. There is no way to transfer all your information in the app to another phone even with the same app. You’ll have to download each and every note to a computer and do it that way. I have sent emails to customer service through the app and the website but the only response I received was “customer support is only provided to premium plan customers”. I AM a premium plan customer but I cannot access it because there is no login, the only way to get to the info back is through a backup. I tried to upgrade and it failed time and time again. There’s no phone number to call for help, only a chat box.
