The newest update got rid of the ability to open or edit the description on an appointment. 
It worked the other day woke up, phone updated and no ability to open. I spoke to multiple coworkers and they have the same issue.

The speaker voice recorder is tremendous, I am a foreigner and she understands everything I say which help tremendously to talk your engagements with clients instead of typing them in. This one of the many powerful features.
