Ich benutze Superprof jetzt schon seit vielen Jahren um meine Nachhilfe anzubieten. Die Seite und ebenso die App sind sehr gut ausgearbeitet und der Kundendienst ist auch immer verfügbar. Weiter so!

Specifically looked for a face-to-face option. This was apparently not an option, despite it being advertised as such and being geographically close- I wondered whether this was the whole truth. Did not get the tutor we asked for and the one we did get was not good at all. The session ended early and the last 15 minutes were spent trying to get us to sign up for an extended period. Rather go elsewhere and don’t waste your money.

As a tutor, the app can never load sessions. It ask you to relaunch almost ever time. Making it impossible to go back and forth and forth from messaging to lessons. Also my students of complain that they are unable to pay for a lesson.

App did not let me sign in for a whole day, sent an email for a refund but was denied. Did not even made a single booking and can’t even approve a refund even  20% or 50% discount. App needs to be improved and customer service too.

Es una compañía ladrona repórtenla. Dicen que no te van a cobrar hasta que un tutor acepte enseñarte y dicen que es 100%seguro pero es mentira lo primero que ellos hacen es sacarte el dinero de la targeta y luego no hay ningún tutor que pueda aceptar para enseñarte y luego tú pierdes tus $50 y ellos no te hacen el reembolso, los voy a demandará

Lamentamos que su experiencia haya sido negativa. Sin embargo, queremos aclarar que el funcionamiento del Pass Estudiante está explicado antes de la suscripción: permite contactar con tantos profesores como se desee y su activación depende de que un profesor acepte la solicitud de contacto.

I’m happy that I was able to get a student within a few days of posting my ad.  The only frustration Is that sometimes the recommendation of my friends does not go through.  The website seems to have some bugs.

Never have written a bad review until now. The app asks you to temporarily pay a £39 fee and that you’d get your money back if you didn’t manage to book with anyone. Wasn’t able to find anyone to book with and haven’t gotten the £39 fee back as it’s been taken out of my bank account. Be wary of this fee and do not fall for it.

It was a pleasure to meet Jay and family! I also had a lovely time with the little one! They are really kind and helpful with lots of positive vibes! They showed me around and we communicate really smoothly through messages and in person. We set up goals and needs for the little one as well as arranging the meet up time!  Thank you Jay for receiving so well. And I cannot wait for our next lesson!
