I tried deleting the app multiple times and reinstalling it. I checked for software update and restarted my phone. I even try logging in using my spare phone. Thanks for your patience! - Chris ### 2/5 — 2 STARS 🌟 *2021-04-17* I did run into some issues, however I was able to get it back working by uninstalling then reinstalling the app. I really enjoy the ease of having almost everything at my fingertips. Being able to see my hours especially! I am so big on making sure I get all of the time that I put in. That is so important! I still have to refresh a bit at times, but as long as it works! So I’m definitely going to keep using the app, when it’s convenient for me :) great idea to the creators! Update: The glitches continue and I had to uninstall from my phone. It’s very frustrating because I like seeing my schedule and hours right at my fingertips. But it just doesn’t show anything anymore. If I think I may have a time clock discrepancy after my shift, I can double check it with the app. There are shortcuts to notify 24-7 if I'm going to be late or tardy, referring people to the company is super easy, I can reach out to the answers desk. Lots of streamlined and convenient uses. I liked the emotion thing at first but I don’t think it should come up every single time you open the app, I think it should just be once a day or morning and evening. Or maybe at the end of your shift, which would have the most potential of using it as feedback for how happy employees are in relation to their job. Skipping it takes about the same amount of time as just answering the question which doesn’t make a ton of sense.
