I’ve got a 15 min ride to the airport from my house. Arriving from an international flight the driver wasn’t there!!!! I called dispatch but they said he waited an hour and made me a no show and he came the same time my plane arrived 😤 so 1 hour to clear customs at the international airport and getting to the pick up and I still have to pay because he came too early!! Not my problem!!! I paid a lot for this private car!!!! Stay far away! Each year the service gets worse and not worth the risk! I had to pay a taxi 184 dollars on top of their fee for the inability to pay attention !!!! Every other year the driver is smart enough to see that they come later on international customers! I am making a report and sending receipts from every call I made to find my driver… worst customer service if something goes wrong do not take a chance with them because they don’t care about the customer!!! They are going downhill fast and so rude when you really need help!! 0 stars and never again!!! ### 1/5 — “System glitch” left me stuck *2026-03-08, version 3.5.16* I have used this app before but this time, it didn’t work. I pre-paid for a taxi but it never showed up. I called customer service repeatedly, was put on hold, then calls dropped. When I finally got someone on the phone I was told there was a “system glitch and nobody would be able to pick me up … but I can’t tell you when a taxi could arrive.” Uh … I have to catch a flight so it’s not like I can hold up the plane! Unacceptable. Maybe they’ll refund me … I wouldn’t be surprised if they never actually refunded the trip. If your employees can’t even pronounce Utah and lack basic geographic knowledge, then your choice to outsource from American workers does not create excellence. Hire American or train your foreign workers better. ### 1/5 — Driver scam *2025-07-26, version 3.5.15* Driver scammed my son into paying in cash for a prepaid trip. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *2024-12-08, version 3.5.15* I used to use them a lot but recently they have gotten terrible just today I scheduled to be picked up from the airport, my plane landed and I waited for 45 minutes with no word from my driver I eventually took an Uber home, they then called me 3 hours later saying they were on their way. I contacted support and they refuse to refund my 150$. We called & they didn’t recognize our name and it took 10 min before they would transfer us to dispatch to find out their actual ETA. On the return fr. our international flight, we were called within 10 min. of landing saying he. Old only wait for us a few more min. although our bags had still not come through. Dispatch then called, repeating the same thing. Fortunately we were able to get home with our bags.
