Hi,

I’m having trouble getting in contact with your support team so I hope this public review reaches you. 
This app boasts many exciting features which I am anxious to try, if only the app would open. I get the initial splash screen and a spinning loading/buffering icon. Any advanced suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
