I have used SuperSim a couple of times, and I got instant internet. The second time I had a problem, couldn’t connect and I easily contacted them on WhatsApp and they answered really quick and gave me easy instructions how to connect. I would recommend them 100%. I even got 3GB for free😊

I was first using eSIM for middle age man, needed a little support which was given in 5 minutes via WhatsApp. It was very simple to install. I used in USA and in Albania, so helpful and cheaper than top-up. Most important got internet in seconds when I landed. Highly recommend.

I was visiting Kosovo🇽🇰 and this app failed sending me an eSIM. Their Whatsapp customer service was terrieble and keeps you in the loop. I returned to Canada🇨🇦 and my problem is still unresolved. I claimed VISA to return funds. Activation process is not user friendly and there is no proper customer service!
