I keep having to close the app and reopen because it won’t let me touch “program”. then when I click start in my program and complete the session, it doesn’t count check it off for that day. SO frustrating. The problem is that I have to to use this app, so please to step it up! ### 2/5 — Terrible App/Great Protocols *2026-03-17, version 2.2.3* I began using SuperSpeed Golf and immediately saw results on the golf course. However, when SuperSpeed rolled out, it’s new 2.0 app things took a turn for the worse. Every time I would try and finish a protocol the app would crashing on its app. I have reached out to them dozens of times to inform them that there are bugs on their app, but they still have yet to fix it. I would be weary of this company until they fix all of their bugs on their app. ### 5/5 — I had no idea how comprehensive this app was *2025-04-09, version 1.0.12* I was skeptical about paying for premium on this app, but once I got in there I was blown away by what SuperSpeed now offers not just for the speed sticks but also the mechanical drills. I had been following online videos previously with some success but being able to be guided through each drill to ensure I am doing them correctly along with knowing the exact reps, sets, and rest periods has really helped me feel confident in the program. It has been amazing and so happy they came out with an app! It is so easy to use and I can easily see and track my stats over time. I’m getting better every day! Give it a miss ### 1/5 — App the rough *2025-05-27, version 1.0.12* I can’t sign up. It keeps saying my chosen nickname is not unique. I’ve tried many different unique nicknames. Re developer response: the included training is comparable to the trailer for a movie. Vast majority of the training requires a subscription. ### 1/5 — You have to pay to learn how to use the products you buy. *2025-04-07, version 1.0.12* I think this is pretty bad business to sell a product and then charge extra to learn how to use it. They should make that clear and state that a subscription is needed to learn how to use it. Other companies provide an activation code for training videos. If I didn’t throw away the box so quickly I would have returned it and went with another product. ### 1/5 — Training not included *2025-02-22* Purchase of the clubs does not include the training videos! **Developer response:** Purchase of the SuperSpeed Training System DOES include lifetime free access to our level 1 guided training programs and many other features in the SuperSpeed App. There is a premium membership available in the SuperSpeed App that does include advanced training programs, custom training programs, and more. ### 1/5 — In app purchase, really? *2025-01-24* Superspeed sticks are not cheap, and the release date of a dedicated app to keep track of progress, until you discover that nearly nothing is free in it, including the basic tutorials. Like everything these days, purchasing this product isn’t enough, they need to gauge a subscription fee out of you. I’ve been doing SuperSpeed training for years, and this is by far the most complete golf speed training app I’ve used. What impressed me most is that it’s not just overspeed training, it really covers every part of athletic golf performance. I completed numerous sections of the app including rotational sequencing, lag & wrist mechanics, fitness protocols, warm-ups, ball speed application drills, counterweight training, and overspeed training. I also used some of the ground force reaction drills alongside force pedals, which added another level to my training. The biggest surprise? I actually hit a new speed PR even after years of doing overspeed training. I think the combination of the rotational sequencing drills, lag/wrist mechanics, and ground force work really helped unlock more speed and efficiency in my swing. Most of these drills only take 10–15 minutes, so they’re easy to add into a daily routine. What I really liked is that the app helped more than just my driver speed. I noticed improvements with my iron play and overall swing motion on the course too. The drills translate into better movement patterns and better golf swings in general. The app is extremely easy to use and very well organized. Every protocol has videos walking you through the exercises and explaining what you should be doing. I also like how it tracks stats and progress over time so you can actually see improvement. Another cool feature is the assessments section, which almost acts like a physical screening tool to identify weaknesses or limitations. The app truly feels like having a golf speed and movement coach in your pocket. I don’t currently own the Force Board Pro or Squeeze trainer, but after using the app I’d definitely love to add them because everything integrates together really well. Overall, I’m extremely impressed. Whether you’re trying to gain speed, improve movement patterns, warm up correctly, or just become a better athlete/golfer, this app has pretty much everything. ### 5/5 — Very Comprehensive, Performance Driven App *2026-04-13, version 2.7* This app is great! The feature I appreciate the most is the custom program builder because I know that my speed training program is tailored to my game. It helps assess the parts of my game, not just speed training, to maximize my strengths and improve my weaknesses across my entire game. I highly recommend trying the app and giving speed training a try! I saw results right away and my game has improved considerably. ### 5/5 — New program builder *2026-04-13, version 2.7* I had previously requested an ability to lay out a training calendar so I could periodize my protocols. SuperSpeed took it one step further with this new update which now allows me to customize my program with the equipment I purchased and sync up to my tournament schedule. It is so easy now to know what I need to do each day.
