Needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. I spend more time navigating through the app than actually watching sport…

Don’t bother. It’s a rubbish app. Their mission appears to be: “Sell more adverts.” Keeping the app running is apparently an optional extra. Still, I’m sure the advertisers are getting wonderfully impressive reports… whether they’re connected to reality or not is another question entirely.

Streams crash frequently, audio quality is exceptionally poor. You simply can’t stream content… please fix this. We want to enjoy rugby!

This has to be one of the worst possible streaming apps and the only reason it has any uptake is because it has a captive audience. It’s virtually impossible to search for past games. The search function for live games pops up totally random results. Actual streaming quality is okayish and is probably more dependent on the event organizers bandwidth than SSS. Only use this app if you have no other choice. Sadly, it could be so much better. Could generate SS more revenue with better integration to social media but clearly has been allocated two dyslexic developers and has a dead cat as a product manager.
