O jogo é inspirado na conquista do direito a saúde com o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), assim o jogador assume o papel do SUS e percorre trajetórias de lutas e conquistas. Em um passeio pela rede de saúde, cada fase do jogo envolve atividades que são ofertadas como serviços e/ou programas do SUS, cada desafio cumprido o jogador vai acumulando conquistas e alcançando objetivos do desenvolvimento sustentável – ODS (com dimensões ambientais, sociais e econômicas).
