You can now connect Apple Health to see your sleep, steps and mindfulness
alongside the mood you record in your daily check-ins.

• See how long you slept and how steady your bedtime has been
• View your sleep next to your mood on one chart
• Mindfulness minutes you complete in your programme are saved back to
  Apple Health
• Choose whether your coach can see any of it — sharing is off until you
  turn it on, and you can turn it off again at any time

Connecting is optional. We only ever store daily totals, never the detailed
readings, and disconnecting deletes everything we've stored.
