La aplicación es bn facil de usar ademas que puedo programar la hora en la que puede llegar mi comida, lo cual es conveniente porque usualmente se me olvida pedirla por el rush del work. Los comercios que hay son top y nunca he tenido malas experiencias con los drivers al contrario muy amables y mis ordenes llegan bien! No hay opción de cancelación de la orden si uno desea recogerlo uno mismo. El supuesto servicio al cliente, no existe a la hora de buscar remedios! Llame el establecimiento y ya habían tenido mi orden listo para recoger en have 20 minutos ya. Le notifique al conductor, y me dice que aún no le tocaba mi orden que les faltaba tres entregas más y ya llegaron las 11am cuando a esa hora era el tiempo máximo de espera. Mi última vez utilizando este servicio y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
