Things to improve: I keep getting notifications of new shifts that are actually top up payments for other users. I can also see who worked and where and it feels weird that all Supp users get notifications to see who worked and where. ### 4/5 — pls a make date filtering option! *2026-02-26, version 9.0.1* please can you add a date filtering option so i’m able to only see shifts on days i’m available? ### 3/5 — Missing key features *2026-02-12* You can only scroll through endless job offers, there isn’t a search tool to search for a specific date/location/ venue nor any kind of search filters which is very unpractical. I’m receiving offers up to 690 km away. Very convenient and easy for both parties. Have had no issues, definitely recommend for anyone interested! ### 4/5 — Option to “unapply” for job *2025-09-07, version 7.5.0* There are times when you apply for a job but you pick up work elsewhere away from the app. You may then be allocated the shift on Supp but you have to decline it because you can’t work it. This makes you look bad to the Supp business and may put them off assigning you next time. If you have expertise or are just starting out in service, hospitality, or food/beverage, you NEED to download this app. Etto has been the most kind, supportive, and present company owner I’ve had the pleasure of being in contact with. ### 1/5 — Unfairly weighted against staff *2025-07-31, version 7.4.0* Businesses can cancel on you with no notice and you get no pay, but if you cancel you get banned ### 5/5 — not just another temp hospitality work app. *2025-07-18* while I have booked some amazing 1-3 day gigs using Supp, i’ve found my last long term job thanks to the app. so many temp work jobs are impersonal or janky but supp is so intuitive and alerts you when new gigs or positions are posted. it’s competitive but vendors get a comprehensive view of candidates so it’s all pretty fair. amazing resource ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2026-07-15* Impossible to get anything, there are 20 applicants for every shift the moment the notification loads. You should be pulling adds after a handful of applicants instead of having a feed where the only shifts are already absolutely filled with dozens and dozens of people sometimes hundreds. What’s the point of leaving all of these shifts open when quite clearly they’ve been filled. New applicants can barely see anything come up you’re not able to filter jobs. I didn’t even have success finding work as a dishwasher at restaurants around the corner from me when they were desperate for staff saying if you can come in now we’d really appreciate it. Not a single one offered anything or even took the shift offline after it started. Useless waste of time. ### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service *2026-07-02, version 10.3.0* Rude Customer Service - They’re all on power trips with how they speak to Hospitality staff using the app. Without the staff you wouldnt have the App! ### 1/5 — Disssatisfied *2026-06-25* This company buys their reviews unfortunately from clickfarms. When disputes happen, customer service heavily sides with the paying venues over the casual staff, leaving us with unfair ratings they can't change. They are also strict on their cancellation policy, restricting an account for 2 weeks even from sickness or injury. There are far more hospitality professionals looking for casual shifts on the platform than there are venues actively posting them. Watch out when using this app, if something goes wrong with your shift. They will support the business and bring your profile down in the algorithm, good luck tying to get another shift after. They can do the right thing by protecting workers rights. No circumstances should it be okay for a business to cancel your shift 2 hours before it starts and receive no compensation. They take advantage of the broken economy and desperation of people to line their pockets with commission without care to the clients they actually are suppose to represent. ### 1/5 — Dont comply with penalty rates *2025-12-09, version 8.0.2* Sundays are paid the same rates as Saturdays, which is illegal. No late hours penalties. They charge employers 12% of your wage for each shift. Working at those places was horrible; I do not want to receive any more notifications. Give me the option to decide which offers I want to see and which I do not. Work a shift to see if you like the cafe without the long term commitment. Apply permanently if you like after working. They work with many cafes.
