Suppa is a meal planner for the recipes you already save. Share a TikTok, paste a link, or snap a cookbook page, then put the recipe on a night this week. Suppa adds its ingredients to your grocery list, grouped by aisle, and walks you through cooking it when that night comes. It works for one cook or a whole household, so whoever is at the store sees the same list as whoever is at the stove. SAVE RECIPES FROM ANYWHERE • Import from recipe websites, or from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube posts that include a recipe or link to one • Scan a cookbook page or a recipe card • Import a recipe PDF, or share a link or PDF to Suppa from another app • Sort recipes into your own cookbooks, then tag, rate, and search them PLAN THE WEEK • Put dinners on the nights you'll cook them, and move them when the week changes • Get suggestions that account for allergies and dislikes, and skip what you cooked recently • Scale servings up for guests or down for two SHOP THE LIST • Ingredients from every planned meal go on your grocery list, grouped by aisle • Staples you always keep, like salt and olive oil, move to their own section so you don't buy them again • Send the unchecked items to Instacart and shop from there • With Suppa Plus or higher, connect a Kroger-family store account, approve the products Suppa picks, and add them to your Kroger cart. You check out with Kroger. ASK SUPPA (SUPPA PLUS AND UP) • Ask what to make on Tuesday and get options from your own recipe book • Tell Suppa that the kids won't eat mushrooms or that you don't have an air fryer, and it plans around that • See, edit, or delete anything Suppa remembers • Make a recipe dairy-free or vegetarian and keep the original COOK MODE • Follow one step at a time, with that step's ingredients and times highlighted • Start a step's timer with one tap • See running timers on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, with alerts when the app is in the background SHARE WITH YOUR HOUSEHOLD • Share a plan and grocery list with a partner, family, or roommates, free on every plan • Keep separate shared plans, like one for home and one for a weekend trip • Get a notification when someone changes the plan or the list • Claim a meal so everyone knows you're cooking it The free plan includes recipe search, link imports, a monthly allowance of video and photo imports, your recipe book, meal planning, grocery lists, Instacart shopping, Cook Mode, and household sharing. Suppa Plus adds Ask Suppa, more video and photo imports, and Kroger cart shopping. Premium adds higher AI and import limits. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Questions or feedback? Filters combine, cards show how often you've made something, and Pick for tonight suggests one of your saved recipes. • Rate a dinner after you make it. Say whether it's a keeper, note what you'd change, add a photo, and fix how long it took. If you leave before you're done, pick it up again from the Plan tab. • Get reminders for tonight's dinner, prep that needs a head start, and the grocery run, plus a quick check-in the morning after. Choose which ones you want in Settings > Notifications. • Swipe a planned meal to move it to another night. • Ask Suppa's replies are easier to scan, with lists and small tables, and a plan it drafts shows up as one card you can tap through. • The free plan now includes a few Ask Suppa messages each month. • Improvements and bug fixes, including list rows that could disappear after loading. ### 1.3.0 — 2026-10-09 Suppa 1.3 adds a camera to Ask Suppa, plan names, and recipe editing. • In Ask Suppa (Suppa Plus and up), tap + to take a photo without leaving the chat, like a recipe card or a cookbook page. • Give your plan a name. It shows at the top of Plan and Groceries. • Edit a saved recipe right from the recipe screen. • Improvements and bug fixes. ### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-08 Suppa 1.2 imports recipes from PDFs, lets you send photos and files to Ask Suppa, and makes household sharing free. • Import a recipe from a PDF. Pick one from Files on the Import screen, or share a PDF to Suppa from Files, Mail, or Messages. A recipe PDF shared from Suppa imports with its amounts, steps, and photo. • Share a meal plan and grocery list with your household on any plan, including Free. Up to 12 people can share a plan. • In Ask Suppa (Suppa Plus and up), attach a photo, a PDF, or a text file to a message, like a recipe card or a recipe someone emailed you. • Ask Suppa can now create, rename, and organize your cookbooks, and it scales recipes to the servings on your plan. • A new launch screen, native menus, and smoother typing in chat. • Fixes for photo uploads, recipe import, and planning your first week. ### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-03 Suppa 1.1 redesigns the whole app and adds new ways to save recipes and shop for them. • Share a TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook post to Suppa and the recipe is saved to your recipe book. The post needs to include the recipe or link to it. • Choose which of your cookbooks an imported recipe goes into, or start a new one. • Send your grocery list to Instacart. With Suppa Plus or higher, Suppa can also fill your Kroger cart with products you approve. You check out with the retailer. • A clearer Memory screen shows what Suppa remembers about your household. You can edit or delete anything on it. • The meal plan, grocery list, recipe book, and Cook Mode have a new design. • Fixes for onboarding, recipe import, and syncing. ### 1.0 — 2026-09-22 No release notes. ## Apps similar to Suppa | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [MealBright](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/mealbright/id6813969953) | 5.0 (2) | Free | Food & Drink | | [Mob's Kitchen](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/mobs-kitchen/id1576056177) | — | Free | Food & Drink | | [MealsHub](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/mealshub/id6757499254) | — | Free | Food & Drink | | [Krydda: Recipes & Meal Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/krydda-recipes-and-meal-planner/id6777108071) | — | Free | Food & Drink | | [Sno Thai Cafe](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/sno-thai-cafe/id6450804285) | 4.9 (77) | Free | Food & Drink | | [Peel: Recipe Saver & Meal Plan](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/peel-recipe-saver-and-meal-plan/id6756858421) | 4.9 (44) | Free | Food & Drink | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
