It was my fav app ### 1/5 — Beware! They changed the rules and they now charge you 18% on top! *2024-03-10, version 5.10.30.7* Restaurant prices already include 12 service charge and this app charges you on top an additional 18%! Of course they changed the rules without telling anyone. Thieves! I just paid 50 pounds for the delivery of two dishes ### 1/5 — Great restaurants. However, the fixed £14.95 delivery cost makes the app redundant. It nearly doubles the cost of a simple meal and a black cab would cost less to cover the short distance from the restaurants to my address. Yet it sends me endless promotional notifications, with seemingly no option to disable them (whilst keeping functional notifications). Seems in violation of App Store guidelines. Food arrived over an hour late, cold, driver clearly still expected a tip. Food looked nothing like expected, tiny portions. Yes, it is more expensive than other apps, but they work with places that otherwise do not take delivery orders and the food arrives at the intended temperature for each dish. ### 5/5 — Emergency Caviar Delivered like pros *2022-12-25, version 4.3.4* I had a Christmas Eve emergency in the form of a need for caviar, and Supper delivered a beautifully chilled package from Fortnum & Mason within a 2 hour window on a particularly busy day. I received text the day before acknowledging order and on day to confirm it was on it’s way. They are of course dependent on the restaurant. Delivery cost was competitive with other similar companies.
