Supplement Scanner & Tracker is a private supplement and vitamin organizer designed to make daily routines easier to follow and understand.

ADD YOUR STACK FASTER
Scan a barcode, photograph a Supplement Facts panel entirely on device, or search and enter details manually. Review and edit every extracted field before saving.

PLAN AND LOG YOUR ROUTINE
Add up to ten supplements free, choose days and times, and see scheduled doses in a calm timeline. Mark doses taken or skipped individually or in a batch, undo mistakes, and resolve anything you forgot to log yesterday. Home Screen widgets provide quick Take and Skip actions.

TRACK CONSISTENCY AND WELLNESS
Review adherence charts, calendar history, progress, and weekly reports. Private check-ins record energy, focus, sleep, mood, side effects, and notes. Optional read-only Apple Health access displays sleep duration, steps, resting heart rate, and heart-rate variability alongside your routine. The app presents observations without claiming that a supplement caused a change.

UNDERSTAND INVENTORY AND COST
Track remaining quantity, predicted empty dates, refill history, and projected spending in your selected display currency. Premium adds advanced forecasting, long-range analytics, cost projections, and label-based duplicate ingredient analysis.

READ CITED GENERAL INFORMATION
The complete Science Library is free and contains 65 searchable guides organized by category. Each guide provides general purpose, reference-intake context, timing evidence, food context, effects, cautions, and direct source links. The app does not provide diagnosis, treatment, personalized dosage, or supplement recommendations.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, developer backend, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics. Supplements, schedules, logs, check-ins, and notes remain on your device. Camera recognition runs on device, Apple Health access is read only, and exports occur only when you explicitly create and share a local file.
