You can search anything in the app and expect results you have to google it and then copy and paste the sku and then put that into the app search to get results. Makes having the app kind of useless. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign in to my account *2023-08-04* This is going on for over a week now, you can’t sign in to your account trough the app only on the web browser ### 1/5 — Still useless!! *2021-12-30* Another update and it still will not automatically bring up the keychain for auto sign in. So the app is still useless. I go online and use that because it’s instant sign in. Don’t really understand why this is so difficult. I see the same requests over and over in the reviews. And there is an auto response every time. “We’re working on it”. But nothing. Every time. I order from them several times a week and would use this app all the time. Who’s going to type in their email and password every time when you can just hit one button on the site and auto log in?? **Developer response:** We are sorry to hear you experienced this issue while using our App. Once you log into the app, it should automatically log you in every time the app is opened in the future (until you go to Account-->Sign Out). Somehow, it only came up one. *2026-07-25, version 1.6.2* I left me short, three circular flanges on a job on the weekend not impressed ### 2/5 — Not as good as the mobile site *2021-01-27* Many times my search results go “blank” as I scroll down; this doesn’t happen on the mobile site. Reloading or restarting the app doesn’t fix this. Happens on WiFi & cellular alike. there’s no search history, & (like the website,) the algorithm requires some specificity to get the right results. I’m sure they’ll get this corrected & it’ll become a very useful app. But for now, I’m sticking with the website. **Developer response:** Thank you for this feedback!
