지역&언어별로 지원하는 제품이 한정되어 있는데 One sony 하나의 소니 전략으로 모든 제품이 모든 국가에서 동일하게보장받을수 있도록 해주세요. 일본이나 미국처럼 큰 지역으로 연락할수있도록 메일을 넣어주시면 감사하겠습니다.

My xm6’s mic is malfunctioning, they told me to exchange even though I had several times. Sony should really consider allowing their users to report bugs.

More than anything this app needs a way to mark all messages as read and/or deleted. With multiple Sony products, I currently have 495 messages, many duplicated across similar products. Every action you make in the app is one by one. It’s infuriating.

Do not bother setting up a passcode if you want to use this software.  The Sony account sign in is buggy and doesn’t work most of the time.  I can’t believe just how bad the Sony website is nowadays.  I tried to log in after buying a TV and gave up. The account assumes you have a PlayStation.
