This version of the iOS app includes:

• View and update cases including all of the fields
• View all of your teams cases
• View queues and your work queues
• View recent items
• Create new cases
• Attach new activities to cases including tasks
• Upload and view attachments on cases
• Take a picture and attach it to a case
• View the details of your tickets including comments with rich text and inline images
• Forward cases to other agents
• View a companies information and update it including contacts and case history.

Supportbench is a powerful and flexible case management system for those customer service and help desks that need more than just the status quo ticketing system.
