I was forced by the courts to use OFW and pay for it myself. Once I found Supportpay I asked to change our court order so my ex and I could use them instead - and trust me, we tried a lot of coparenting apps. This is the only one my ex actually agreed to use and it’s definitely made both of our lives easier. Do yourself a favor and switch to Supportpay ### 5/5 — Love this App *2024-01-09* This App saved us so many arguments and discussions about money. We had an amicable divorce but finances can be a sore subject and difficult conversation with any relationship. No record of payments. and can’t even see upcoming payments or my ex’s name. Not useful at all. Also I cannot anymore see my history, I reached out to the developers a few times but haven’t gotten a normal response yet…. Very upsetting. I paid full price because I want to keep track of my records, but as a waste it seems. I rarely write review. If you have any issues, please contact us directly at help@supportpay.com. ### 1/5 — Child Support App between the parents *2020-02-13* This app is just LIKE every other app, they draw you in thinking it’s going to help you keep up with the expenses especially now that my daughter is in college! I can’t get the FATHER to pay child support for her, and I was going to try to use this app to get him to feel like he could pay me without using the state app, but $300 yearly & $15 monthly is TOO much for me so I’M DELETING THE APP!! I want a refund I need documents for my records and can’t get what I paid for. ### 1/5 — Difficult, you have to sign up for pay version.. *2019-06-11, version 6.0* It didnt work, from downloading app to try setting up account was a complete struggle, did not say the cost per month or year.. etc. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-06-05* I was told to download app by my ex to track his child support payments to me. I originally thought this app would be great because he’ll be able to see all the expenses for our child. The concept is great if you can actually upgrade to all the features, it will not allow me to upgrade and I have no clue as to how I can transfer funds that my ex had already sent through the app. It’s very frustrating, once I finally get the funds to my bank account I will not be using this app again. **Developer response:** We're sorry for your inconvenience and invite you to give SupportPay another try. When I tried going back to it, it said it couldn’t log me in. I tried to reset my password, but it couldn’t find me anywhere. I tried to register again, but it said my information (email address) was already in use and this was a duplicate entry. I tried to reset my password, and it didn’t recognize my address. So, in short, literally NOTHING worked on this app. Garbage, and a waste of time. The ex had almost exactly the same problem independently. And before I can do anything there it just loops back to supportpay login.
