Use your phone as your lockbox key! The Supra eKEY app allows real estate professionals efficient, authorized access to listings. Open lockboxes easily using a PIN, biometrics. The eKEY app is part of the original Supra system and works alongside the SupraWEB tool. Use this app if your Association/MLS has not yet upgraded to Supra One.

The Supra eKEY app allows real estate professionals efficient, authorized access to properties for sale. Open lockboxes easily using a PIN, the phone’s biometric feature or the Apple Watch. The app also provides access to powerful information that opens the doors to a higher level of service for your clients.

eKEY Basic Service provides the following features:

They beat you out of your $15 a month and then when you’re late it’s $25 fee.  Honeywell is like the mafia who holds the keys.  Associations need to stop using this company.  Half the time it doesn’t work.  Yesterday it was down all day and I lost a sale and was changed for a trip charge for a home inspector who couldn’t get in.  Hope you file bankruptcy.

There has to be a better way to notify agents about a system-wide issue. Perhaps a mass text message. It sucks to get to a property and not be able to access the key box.

I can’t believe my Realestate association is associating with this platform.  Won’t function half the time, not intuitive and the worst is there is absolutely horrible customer service. Good luck getting a hold of someone meanwhile your clients think it’s you!

I gave up on Supra after having too many issues with buyer’s agents.  Now I ask for a onetime code, and get an error every single time I use it.  Then I need to delete and reinstall the app, so it opens the box.  Every single time. 
Put a darn keypad on the box, and it may become almost as good as Sentri.
