In the past the app had the capacity to create a new label template without the need to have an account. Please re enable app to allow users to edit or create new label templates without the need no account. ### 2/5 — No longer able to print label *2025-09-26* I have the E10 model. The app has worked since I bought the label maker. After an update 22 hours ago, I can’t print a label. The app opens, connects to my label maker, I click the New Label + at the bottom, and a white screen loads. I can’t navigate anywhere and have to close the app to get back to the previous screen. Please fix the app!! ### 2/5 — Used to be great *2024-12-11, version 3.6.2* Was amazing but each update seems to remove something. Now confusing and seems aimed at making you create an account. Can't find borders at all any more. ### 3/5 — Styles *2024-01-20* It worked good for awhile but when you run out of the label, you HAVE to buy a silvan label pack for the specific label maker. Not only that, but they updated the app and got rid of a lot of the fun frames that I actually liked. They’re all gone. ### 2/5 — No longer able to see symbols in selection menu *2023-09-14* Worked great until recent update. Now I can’t see items in the selection menu - symbols for example. Not being able to see what is there makes it too annoying to use the app & printer. I hope this gets resolved soon. This was a great little label printer to use. ### 3/5 — Use in light mode if using with iOS *2023-09-10* If you have your iOS in dark mode, you won’t be able to see symbols or text in certain menus. Now all of the sudden the text in the app is showing up as white. This makes me unable to see what I’m typing, cannot read how many copies I’ve selected, can’t view the symbols menu, and cannot read any other menus in the app. Please fix this!! ### 1/5 — Not printing what you see in screen *2023-08-30, version 3.2.3* It was working okay the first week and then all of a sudden it started printing texts way wider than how you see them in the app. Not happy please fix this or we will return the label printer. ### 3/5 — It’s okay *2023-08-26, version 3.2.3* The symbol page is completely blank and won’t load. ### 1/5 — Font DOESN’T WORK FOR iOS *2023-08-13* I repeatedly downloaded the app because I wanted to download different fonts. I even had to reset my iPhone. Regardless of the times that I downloaded the app, whenever I tried to download the font, it won’t let me. It did show a message that I have to do it one at a time, even when I tried to press the arrow down, it still won’t let me download. Good thing I have another phone which is android and it works well for it. ### 1/5 — Shouldn’t have updated the app… *2023-04-08* Everything used to work working fine… (I have an E10 printer). It was clumsy to say the least before, now it’s completely useless, constantly claiming that there is no tape. Worst of all, when the app doesn’t work, I can’t use my label printer either. ### 1/5 — Cannot see symbols. *2023-09-18, version 3.2.4* Nothing is visible on the symbols pages. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works well on MacOS on Apple Silicon *2026-06-28* After having trouble with the MacOS-native KataSymbol program connecting, switched to this on my Apple Silicon MacBook. Took a little longer than one would hope but still appreciated! Only thing not working for me was the symbols. Now they’re all visible in the selector as intended. ### 4/5 — TY *2023-08-28* Great app, but there’s a bug with the new update 3.2.3… when you’re typing something, all the text is white, not black, so you can’t see what you’re typing ### 4/5 — Good but could be better *2023-03-03* The only reason I took off one star is because there is a weird pop up while printing that asks you to toggle to a completely different interface. It’s like two completely different apps! They both work but one is more user friendly in my opinion. Once you agree to let it switch you there’s no way to switch back to the other view. It’s kind of bizarre actually🤷‍♀️ ### 4/5 — Good but not Perfect *2022-12-30* The app is great, is easy to understand and use, and has many more options than a standard label maker. I’ve enjoyed it so far but there is definitely room for improvement. There are a decent amount of fonts but it would be great if the font library was extended. Also, there is the ability to print QR codes but when you make things small enough to fit the labels the print quality goes down a lot and the codes are impossible to actually scan. ### 3/5 — Okay *2024-07-20* I like that there are different fonts now, but now you can’t center justify!
