Zero accountability of Surat city bus whenever I travel every-time the buses are late and not even managed properly air conditioner not working or i was in kadodra bus stop and i purchased ticket and went to the bus but I don’t know why the bus driver are careless my bus time is 8:30 am and my bus leave the kadodra at 9:20 I don’t know why but this is not for just one day I happens whenever i am travelling
