I had a couple of small issues when needing to send jobs to devices. I contacted their support via email and it was resolved within a couple of hours. Thank you for your amazing support

We use this to monitor and track loaner tablets for a training program.  It has more features than other apps we tried and at a much better price.  The remote connect function works better than  other services we’ve tried that were specific to remote control and support. Their on boarding and support departments are very helpful.

So far I have been very happy with the 42Gears SureMDM package. I will say that as great as the software is, it’s nothing without it’s amazing support staff. Whenever I have an issue some is readily available to help the second I need it, and stay with me until my issue is rectified. A++!! Thank you Nelson!!!

This is the only software we deploy for our Kiosks. It is rock solid and has features no other package even gets close to competing with. If you need to lockdown a tablet for a kiosk or your kids devices, look no further. We have been using an earlier version for over 3 years and more than 75 devices. Great support on top of a great price of software.

Excellent product, we have 80 plus Samsung tablets in the field. Before suremdm we spent countless hours any time we had to setup a new batch of devices or roll out new app or config. Now we can install/update new apps and configs in minutes. On top of being great product, they have 24/7 support which is key for company like ours that runs 24/7. Worth every penny.
