I have transferred my data from old phones to new without any hiccups. It is simply the best in my opinion. Very easy to use and helps you to create complex passwords when you need to, also allows you to add notes, reminds you to backup your data each month, pops up along with apple password manager when password information is requested. Only "ok" as described by them. ### 1/5 — Forgot password *2018-11-14* I had my finger in there open my secure pass password app I remember the password and it says it’s incorrect and it won’t take my thumb anymore how do I get the password so I can open it up to get to the rest of my passwords your help would be greatly appreciated Marilyn. Not recommended for this reason. No way to get your password if you don’t remember it. I have another backup password account and i put this password in that app. It still says it’s incorrect. If it weren’t for that I would give it 5 stars. I paid extra to get more passwords. Waste of money. I can’t find a way to take my thumb print off so I can just open it with my password. Terrible app. Again terrible app. Lost all my passwords. It wouldn’t take my thumb print so I put in the correct password I know because I had used it before and had it written down and my password. It still wouldn’t take it. No way to retrieve it when it doesn’t work. You can delete it and then try to download it again to start over but it won’t let you. Even if it cleared all the passwords you still can’t use it. Horrible app. In response to your answer I DIDNT FORGET MY PASSWORD. I HAD IT WRITTEN DOWN AND IN MY PASSWORDS IN YOUR APP. IT STILL WOULDN'T TAKE IT. IT WAS MY HUSBAND WHO HAD THE TROUBLE. SO DON’T DON’T DON’T DON’T tell me we FORGOT WHAT IT WAS. IT IS A GLICHE IN YOUR SYSTEM. **Developer response:** Hello, We're sorry to hear that you forgot your master password and your fingerprint authentication no longer working. The master password is used as a key to encrypt and decrypt the password database in Surepass. Without the master password there is no way to decrypt the password database to access the data within. We advise that you choose a password that will be easy to remember, or to write it down and put it somewhere safe and offline, because if it is lost your database cannot be recovered. Beware of any apps that claim they can recover your master password. These will not provide secure storage for your passwords. The strap line may be ‘No Ads, No subscriptions, No e-mail sign up’, they should add only 15 allowed before you have to pay! Sneaky! ### 2/5 — Export to email doesn’t work *2018-10-05, version 1.8* Tied it but export to email doesn’t work. Dealbreaker for me. Also, send feedback doesn’t work. However, I hate being told, after I’ve entered a dozen passwords, that I have nearly reached my limit in the free version, and will now have to upgrade to the paid version if I want to add any more passwords. If there’s a limit on the free version- tell me before I start using it. It’s only on my device and I have to manage the backups, but I feel better than having everything on someone else’s online drive. The interface is easy to use, and I like that they now show numbers in a different color.
