This application will enable the user to access SureVision Network Video Recorders, and IP cameras from your iPhone or iPad. Watch your cameras LIVE from anywhere, anytime, and any place. This application will allow you to: 1. View live video of one or up to 16 cameras. You can also monitor multiple NVRs or IP cameras at the same time. 2. Search and playback recorded video from your iPhone or iPad. 3. Control your Pan Tilt Zoom Security Cameras easily from your iPhone or iPad. 4. Listen to live audio (on cameras with a microphone) 5. Create favorite groups of your most important cameras for easy viewing and easily swipe between groups of cameras. 6. Take snapshots of pertinent video and save directly to your iPhone or iPad. 7. Built in manual in the "help" section of the software. 8. I read the book over and over still will not connect to my phone or do anything else gave me nothing but problems an issues . This app is junk. Need to come up with a better app that works. You’re better off Not download this app. You will be just fighting with it trying to make it work with your cameras. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work half the time *2024-08-01, version 2.5.0* Can’t get notifications after app has been installed for a while, tech support no help ### 3/5 — Can’t delete all notifications at once *2024-07-08, version 2.5.0* I really like the app but you can’t delete all the intrusion and motion detection notifications at once, they have to be done individually. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2024-04-08, version 2.4.0* Crashes constantly — locks up constantly where the video spins and rarely comes up live. I don’t know why this app cannot be fixed. I’m gonna have to try to figure out another app to use with SureVision cameras… ### 3/5 — Alarm notifications intermittent *2024-02-22* I tried everything that I could to get the intrusion push notifications to work, then after not doing anything they started and as sudden as that they stopped again. ### 2/5 — Will not work on T-Mobil’s cellular network *2023-02-28, version 2.23.1* App works fine while on Wi-Fi or Verizon Cellular but will not work on T-Mobile’s. SureVision says it T-Mobil’s problem and T-Mobil says it the SureVision’s app problem. I did have some issues with the update a few months ago that required me to reinstall the app. After that update everything has been working awesome. ### 5/5 — Perfect! *2022-09-21, version 2.23* Best camera monitoring app ### 1/5 — Version 2.3 broke the app *2022-07-20, version 2.23* 19 Jul review update: I completely uninstalled the app, shutdown my ipad, then booted and reinstalled the app. I was able to get through the EULA and the app is working once I got through my login sequence and added the scan code. Original review: The prior version worked great, then I updated the app to version 2.3 through Apple App Store normal update process. Now the app crashes instantly as soon as it starts. For a brief instant this new version displays a “Service Agreement & Prvacy Pokicy” screen with a Decline or Agree button selection, but in under a second the screen disappears and the app crashes. I’m running the latest OS on my iPad. This software is included with my very expensive CCTV Security Pros NVR camera system, which now I cannot access.
