The acquisition of blackbird was the worst thing for bb, I loved using blackbird but I think surf air ruined it. Surf air doesn’t even have an android app! What year is this? Don’t waste your time. They also ruined Blackbird in their acquisition, and have yet to transfer over or reimburse my $400 in credits from that platform. Disgraceful! ### 5/5 — The review above mine ... *2020-08-15, version 5.5.1* Ha ha that’s so funny every number on the globe except U.K. I doubt the English will ever wake up.... oh don’t forget to take you’re vaccine ;) ### 1/5 — Requires $2,500 annual membership fee *2018-09-03, version 4.9.1* I have to you sign up and sign into the app it requires a $2500 annual membership fee. A bit misleading. ### 1/5 — Unable to register in the app *2018-06-18, version 4.6* I keep getting a ‘field missing’ error appear when attempting to register, even though all fields have been entered. I’m conscious that it may be there is no way to enter a U.K. based mobile into the app. I’ve tried using area codes and negating the first 0 but still no joy. There is little info around how Europeans register, nor anyway to contact directly from app. Oh, and your schedule page is broken for Europe. Can’t search for any destinations. Maybe you’re no longer operating here?
