SurfBlackball has totally leveled up my surfing! The workouts are surf-specific, easy to follow, and actually make a difference in the water. Love the mix of strength, mobility, and recovery tips — plus the coaching feels super personal. Perfect for beginners or seasoned surfers who want to get fitter, surf longer, and stay injury-free. Stoked!

I live just a few blocks from the beach here in San Diego, but I still don’t get in the ocean as much as I’d like. Black Ball has been a game changer for me. The app makes it so much easier to build back the strength and flexibility I need to surf better, stay out longer, and actually have fun instead of feeling wiped out after a session.

As a side benefit, it’s actually helped me improve my technique too.

If you’re like me—wanting to get back in the water more and feel confident when you do—definitely check it out.
