The SID was created by a group of surf medicine physicians to be the platform for recording, researching, statistics and methods to prevent surf-related problems in all its modalities. Based on academic evidence translated into the everyday life of the practitioner at its various levels. You are part of this concept.

All recorded information will compose statistics that can be accessed by all, practitioners, athletes, teachers, health professionals and others, generating guidelines and procedures related to improving surfing.
