Just like so many other big fish apps I download them and then when I go to type in a name it freezes and won’t work. Extremely frustrating because I love their games that do work I’ve played every single one and now I’m trying to play the others that never work!!

Big fish there is a review 2 YEARS AGO saying you can’t even play the game because it won’t let you type in player name or skip intro. Wish I’d seen that review before PAYING for this game as it does the same thing for me!! sort it out...UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Game looks like it would be really fun with an interesting storyline but can’t get past the title screen. Tap functionality does not work at all. Can’t skip the beginning story or type in name to be able to play. I like Big Fish and hope this gets fixed.

Why are you advertising this app? It won't even allow game play. It starts up, plays the intro sequence (skip button doesn't work), then shows the option to name your player, but nothing works. It's like the touchscreen option is disabled. Keyboard doesn't work, "OK" button doesn't work, nothing. Attempted on 3 different devices. Nada. 🤷🏼‍♀️
