I want to delete this app because i didn’t feel like spying on my kid anymore. I just want to know how do I delete this?

I cannot delete or deactivate the account, it is extremely difficult to navigate the website and figure things out. There is also no customer service number and no way to delete the account from the website.

When I try to set up my account I keep getting an “invalid format” error.  It does not explain the correct format.

This app barely does anything. For an iPhone, it really only tracks what websites my child has visited, screen time, and location. Nothing related to social media or messaging. The website indicates 24/7 support, but after two days, nobody has responded! Worse, the instructions on how to cancel your account don’t work, leaving me with the distinct impression they just want to trick you in to paying beyond the trial period.

When I go to create an account I put in my email then hit next, then it has me verify my email but the next button is covered by the key board and the enter button won't take me to the next screen.

Maybe its just me but When it asks for my kids birthdate it keeps snapping back to todays date.  Haven't tried anything further...

I can’t be around my kid whole day. 
I never locked my laptop or anything. 
I just want them to learn to use the internet responsibly. 
But at the same time I want to keep a track of everything they are doing. 
For that this surfie parent app helps me a lot
